My Central Heating controller started to malfunction and I established that the Battery was at fault.

Searching the web for possible solutions your site was found and a new battery was immediately shown that would replace my faulty one (What an excellent Web site). I ordered it on Saturday Morning and it arrived Monday.

Would like to thank the person who took my order at 5.20pm one evening . I have to admit that I was not really sure of the part number because the label had been removed but within a couple of minutes he identified it and promised to get it in the post that night . I did not expect to get the battery for a few days but everything must have been going my way because even the much maligned Royal Mail did their thing and I got my battery ( it was actually for a rechargeable shaver ) early next next morning.

You may be interested to know that it took me several hours of research on the web to work out what battery I required, the equivalent types by other manufacturers and to get the correct battery format.
